Meeting

Ogni meeting diventa testo.

VoxCast registra l'audio di sistema e il tuo microfono, che sia Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, una chiamata WhatsApp o il browser. Oppure registra solo una app: musica, suoni di sistema e tutto il resto restano completamente fuori dalla trascrizione. Anche i meeting di ore finiscono sul tuo disco come file audio più trascrizione con timestamp, tutto in locale. Se vuoi, la rifinitura AI antepone un riepilogo con decisioni e cose da fare.

VoxCast Server

Un PC potente. Trascrizione per tutta la rete.

VoxCast Server esegue il riconoscimento vocale su una sola macchina con una GPU potente, e ogni VoxCast della tua rete la sfrutta: dettatura, riunioni e conversione di file. Il tuo audio resta in azienda, senza alcun cloud.

  1. 1Installa VoxCast Server sul computer con la GPU potente. Il setup registra il servizio Windows e apre il firewall per te.
  2. 2Su qualsiasi PC apri le impostazioni di VoxCast, attiva il server remoto e clicca su "Cerca server". Un clic inserisce l'indirizzo.
  3. 3Incolla la chiave API (menu Start: "VoxCast Server API key"), salva, fatto. Ogni trascrizione ora gira sul server.

VoxCast è gratis?
Sì. VoxCast è un download gratuito per Windows 10 e 11. Il riconoscimento vocale in sé non richiede alcun abbonamento: gira interamente sul tuo computer. Solo la rifinitura AI opzionale usa un provider esterno e la tua chiave API.
Il riconoscimento vocale gira davvero offline?
Sì. La trascrizione avviene al 100% in locale sulla tua GPU o CPU. Dopo il download dei modelli non serve alcuna connessione a internet e nessun audio viene caricato in alcun cloud.
Quali formati di file sono supportati?
Audio come MP3, OGG, M4A, WAV e FLAC. Documenti come PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, CSV e immagini. Tutto viene elaborato in locale in Markdown pulito.
Mi serve una GPU?
No. VoxCast gira anche sulla CPU. Con una GPU NVIDIA compatibile il riconoscimento è molto più veloce grazie al runtime CUDA incluso. Non serve un'installazione CUDA separata.
Quali lingue supporta VoxCast?
Italiano, inglese e molte altre. VoxCast copre circa 99 lingue. Il riconoscimento vocale funziona completamente offline per ogni lingua supportata.
Il mio audio lascia il computer?
No. Registrazione e trascrizione restano completamente locali. Solo se attivi la rifinitura AI opzionale il testo generato viene inviato al provider che hai scelto (Anthropic o OpenAI).
Come funziona la rifinitura AI?
Opzionale e con la tua chiave API Anthropic o OpenAI. La tua dettatura viene riscritta in email, risposta o testo ordinato. Puoi creare le tue modalità; la chiave resta al sicuro nel Windows Credential Manager.

  • Automatic return to the server: VoxCast keeps trying the server in the background and notifies you as soon as it is reachable again, then puts the work back on the server.
  • A recording is no longer lost when the server drops out mid-dictation: the recording is transcribed on this PC instead of ending with an error.
  • Nothing in progress is interrupted: a running dictation, meeting or live session always finishes; the switch only applies to the next one.
  • Server status in the settings: the remote server section shows whether the server is reachable and where transcription is running right now.
