VoxCast Server

Un PC puissant. La transcription pour tout le réseau.

VoxCast Server exécute la reconnaissance vocale sur une seule machine dotée d'un GPU puissant, et chaque VoxCast de votre réseau en profite : dictée, réunions et conversion de fichiers. Votre audio reste chez vous, sans aucun cloud.

  1. 1Installez VoxCast Server sur la machine équipée du GPU puissant. L'installation enregistre le service Windows et ouvre le pare-feu pour vous.
  2. 2Sur n'importe quel PC, ouvrez les réglages de VoxCast, activez le serveur distant et cliquez sur "Rechercher un serveur". Un clic remplit l'adresse.
  3. 3Collez la clé API (menu Démarrer : "VoxCast Server API key"), enregistrez, c'est fait. Chaque transcription tourne désormais sur le serveur.

VoxCast est-il gratuit ?
Oui. VoxCast est un téléchargement gratuit pour Windows 10 et 11. La reconnaissance vocale elle-même ne demande aucun abonnement, elle tourne entièrement sur votre machine. Seule l'amélioration IA optionnelle utilise un fournisseur externe et votre propre clé API.
La reconnaissance vocale fonctionne-t-elle vraiment hors ligne ?
Oui. La transcription se fait 100% en local, sur votre propre GPU ou CPU. Une fois les modèles téléchargés, aucune connexion Internet n'est nécessaire, et aucun audio n'est envoyé vers un cloud.
Quels formats de fichiers sont pris en charge ?
Audio en MP3, OGG, M4A, WAV et FLAC. Documents en PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, CSV et images. Tout est converti en local en Markdown propre.
Ai-je besoin d'un GPU ?
Non. VoxCast fonctionne aussi sur le CPU. Avec un GPU NVIDIA compatible, la reconnaissance est bien plus rapide grâce au runtime CUDA inclus. Aucune installation CUDA séparée n'est requise.
Quelles langues VoxCast prend-il en charge ?
Le français, l'anglais et bien d'autres. VoxCast couvre environ 99 langues. La reconnaissance vocale fonctionne entièrement hors ligne pour chaque langue prise en charge.
Mon audio quitte-t-il ma machine ?
Non. L'enregistrement et la transcription restent entièrement en local. Ce n'est que si vous activez l'amélioration IA optionnelle que le texte généré est envoyé au fournisseur de votre choix (Anthropic ou OpenAI).
Comment fonctionne l'amélioration IA ?
En option et avec votre propre clé API Anthropic ou OpenAI. Votre dictée est réécrite en e-mail, réponse ou texte soigné. Vous pouvez créer vos propres modes ; la clé est stockée en sécurité dans le Windows Credential Manager.
VoxCast peut-il transcrire réunions et visioconférences ?

  • VoxCast keeps working when the server is not available: VoxCast now checks at every start, and regularly while it runs, whether your VoxCast Server can be reached. If it cannot, dictation, meetings and file conversion switch to this PC (GPU or CPU) automatically, and you get a notification saying so.
  • Automatic return to the server: VoxCast keeps trying the server in the background and notifies you as soon as it is reachable again, then puts the work back on the server.
  • A recording is no longer lost when the server drops out mid-dictation: the recording is transcribed on this PC instead of ending with an error.
  • Nothing in progress is interrupted: a running dictation, meeting or live session always finishes; the switch only applies to the next one.
  • Server status in the settings: the remote server section shows whether the server is reachable and where transcription is running right now.

  • Find your server with one click: Settings, Remote server, "Find server" lists every VoxCast Server on your network; one click fills in the address, no IP addresses to type.
  • Central AI enhancement: the server can hold one company AI key, so clients enhance dictations and meeting summaries through the server without entering a key of their own. Choose "Use the server" under AI enhancement.
  • Company AI modes: define enhancement prompts once on the server and everyone can pick them, alongside their own modes.
  • Encrypted connection (HTTPS): the server can serve HTTPS with a self-signed certificate; the client trusts it once by confirming its fingerprint, then remembers it.
  • Enterprise rollout: companies can ship VoxCast pre-configured and lock the server and key settings via a managed policy file.
